Jamdrobe does not require an upfront fee. We operate on a 55% commission per item, applied after GST.

At Jamdrobe, we adhere to a specific aesthetic to ensure customer satisfaction. We only accept items that we know will sell. If your items align with one of these categories, please proceed with the steps below.

FOR GENERAL INDEPENDENT SELLERS (WARDROBE CLEAROUT)

 
Step 1.
Please direct message Jamdrobe on Instagram to check if we are currently accepting new stock before submitting any images.
If we are accepting stock, please send images of each item. Make sure to include sizes, either written out or clearly visible in the photos.
The images of the items don't need to be modeled; laying them flat is perfectly fine. Please ensure the pictures are sent directly in the chat so they don't expire.
'Haul' videos are not accepted. 
Step 3.
We will then accept (or reject) your clothing.
Once the items are accepted, we will provide you with a date for drop-off or shipping. If you are mailing the items, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
For both shipping and drop-off, we will agree on a date that works for both your availability and our Jamdrobe schedule. This date must be strictly followed, as we have a zero-tolerance policy for late drop-offs or late shipments. Any late arrivals will not be accepted.
Step 4.
We will provide a link to our selling contract, which will direct you to our Google Form for the terms and conditions. Please ensure that every question is answered.
Once you have completed the form, please direct message us, and we will provide you with the address for drop-off.
Step 5.
On the scheduled date, please ensure that every item is freshly washed.
 
- Drop off in a bag or box
- Items folded
- Full name clearly written
- Instagram handle clearly written
Please write your name and Instagram handle on a piece of paper and place it safely inside the bag.
If we cannot identify your Instagram name and full name, we will not be able to sell your items, as we won't know who to pay. Since we work with 100-120 clients at a time, determining ownership of items is nearly impossible without this information.
Your payment will be made via bank transfer after all items are sold.
 
THERE IS NO UPFRONT FEE/COSTS.
 
Jamdrobe operates on a commission basis, taking a 55% cut of sales after GST.
