BECOME A STOCKIST

Jamdrobe is forever evolving, so we've decided to expand and ensure our main priority is stocking small businesses.

To become a 'stockist' with us, you must be a registered business with an ABN and GST registered.

If you're not a registered business, you can still sell your garments with us as a regular client. However, the terms will differ slightly from those for stockists.

BENEFITS OF STOCKING WITH US:

1. Exposure

You will have a dedicated page set up for your business on our website, which attracts thousands of potential customers.

This page will include a description of your business and a button that links directly to your social media platforms for customers.

We will frequently showcase your items on our social media platforms, tagging your handle. This provides exposure to our loyal community of customers, which has been cultivated over the past four years.

During our busy period from August to January, bundles are in full swing. While we may have less capacity to increase brand exposure and capture content during this time, sales tend to be much faster.

2. Content

Our employees and models will create content featuring your items, and you will have full ownership of this content to use on your own social media platforms to help grow your audience. Please ensure that all content you use from us tags @Jamdrobe__.

Feel free to ask us to share all the content with you in your own Dropbox for you to use at your convenience.

3. Convenience

Becoming a stockist with Jamdrobe means we handle all the work for you.

All you need to do is send us photos via DM on Instagram of the stock you’d like to sell, and we will handpick the items we believe will sell best.

You then ship (or drop off) your stock to us and we do the rest.

What’s included?

- We create content featuring your garments and tag your business.

- Our models will showcase each of your items.

- We upload each item to our website. (Excluding bundle season)

- We handle all transactions.

- We package and ship each sold item to our customers on the same day or the next business day.

- We make extensive efforts to promote any slow-selling items.

- We hold sales featuring your products.

- Your stock will be included in our mystery bundles (best sellers).

3. Profits

You will keep 52% of all profits after GST. You keep the majority of profits while simultaneously gaining exposure and content without lifting a finger.

Please note:

If you don’t have a lot of stock to supply regularly, this can be a one-time opportunity or a regular supply, depending on your preference. Please note that we do prefer ongoing weekly restocks and will prioritize those clients.

PAYMENTS:

You will be paid at your convenience. Just DM us on Instagram when you want to receive your payment, and we will transfer the funds to your account immediately via bank transfer or PAYID. A copy of sales will be emailed to you along with an RCT invoice for you to confirm.

EXPENSES WE COVER:

-Packaging

- 2x Employee wages to model and market your items

- Space at our studio to store your items in the process

- Shipping costs

- Insurance to cover your stock in the event of an emergency

- Expensive website fees

- Marketing budgets

- Paid social media ads

- All other general business costs

1. You must have something in your bio indicating that you're a stockist at Jamdrobe.

Example:

'Stocked at @Jamdrobe__'

'Available online @Jamdrobe__'

'Find our stock @Jamdrobe'

2. You must tag us in any content you use from our drop box/instagram.

When do I ship/drop off?

Once you’ve sent us images of the items you wish to sell, we will coordinate a shipping date with you. It’s important to adhere strictly to this date, as we have businesses coming in back to back.

What if some items don't sell?

Please be aware that Jamdrobe cannot guarantee sales 100%. Although we have an excellent success rate, we are not accountable for the unpredictable retail market, including current challenges such as inflation. We do not impose a holding time and can hold items for as long as needed.
