TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Rental Agreement

By renting a clothes rack from Jamdrobe, you (the "Renter") agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or refusal of future rentals.

2. Rental Period & Returns

  • The standard rental period is however many days charged for.
  • Racks must be returned by the agreed date to avoid late fees of $30 per day.
  • If you need an extension, please contact us at least 24 hours before your return date.

3. Rental Fees & Deposits

  • Rental fees must be paid in full before pickup.

4. Condition & Care

  • Racks must be returned in the same condition they were rented.
  • If the rack is damaged, lost, or stolen, the Renter will be responsible for a replacement fee of $179.

5. Collection & Delivery

  • Racks can be picked up from Geelong West or delivered for an additional fee of $50 (subject to availability).
  • If delivery is requested, the Renter must provide an accessible drop-off and pick-up location.

6. No Cancellations or Refunds

  • All bookings are final – we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds for any reason.
  • If you are unable to use the rental, you may transfer it to another person by notifying us at jamdrobe1@gmail.com

7. Liability & Responsibility

  • Jamdrobe is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the use of our racks.
  • The Renter assumes full responsibility for the racks during the rental period.

8. Agreement & Acceptance
