BEFORE ORDERING A MYSTERY BUNDLE, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. YOU CAN FIND THE LINK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.

Please place all bundle orders through Instagram DM by sending your Inspo, size and budget. This allows us to discuss your inspirations and other important details personally, ensuring we create the perfect curated bundle for you. Bundles are not available for purchase through our website.

- Simply create a Pinterest board filled with your favourite fashion finds, mood boards, or style inspirations.

- Take screenshots from our website, or past bundles displayed on our Tiktok.

We'll use inspiration as a loose guide to curate the perfect mystery bundle just for you.

SIZE

Provide your sizes for tops, bottoms, and shoes (if you're interested in footwear). Additionally, if there are any specific preferences or additional notes regarding sizing or style, please include those as well.

BUDGET

You choose your budget! Please note that our minimum is $150.

We don’t always recommend the $150 minimum. Since our stock consists of premium vintage pieces, it limits how much we can include at that price point.

PAYMENT

We have many people to assist, so we require immediate payment. Please contact us only if you are prepared to pay immediately. If you cannot make an immediate payment, we will proceed to the next person on our list. Payments can be made via bank transfer or PAYID.

DEPOSITS

To secure your spot on the waitlist, we require same-day payment due to high demand and to ensure fairness. However, we understand that paying the full amount upfront can be challenging.

If needed, you can now pay 50% of the total to hold your spot on the waitlist, with the remaining balance due within 7 days of the initial payment.

*Please note, deposits are non-refundable and will not be returned due to change of mind or any other circumstances.Only choose the deposit option if you can commit to paying the balance within the 7-day window. If you're unable to complete the payment within that time, we recommend waiting until you're prepared to pay 100% of the bundle amount upfront.

Deposits are only split 50/50, and the full agreed amount must be paid within the second payment. You cannot choose to lower the cost of your bundle after paying the initial 50%. The deposit system is strictly a 50/50 split.

We do strongly encourage upfront payment. While we maintain waitlist, bundles are often shipped earlier than the estimated date, (depending on our stock). By paying the full amount upfront, you may receive your bundle sooner.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I SPEND?

Naturally, a higher budget gives us more to work with. Each bundle is unique to the individual's inspiration, and there is no set quantity in any bundle.

IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND?

Our minimum spend for a bundle is $150 AUD. While each bundle is unique, a $150 bundle typically includes one fully accessorized outfit. However, this may vary based on the inspiration you provide.

"HOW MANY ITEMS DO I GET IF I SPEND ...."

We can't provide a specific answer to this question as every bundle is unique. Each bundle varies based on the inspiration and items requested.

HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE?

If you have your size, inspiration, and exact budget ready, we can usually ship the bundle the same day or the next day. If it takes longer, we will notify you.

WHAT'S THE AVERAGE SPEND?

The average budget our customers typically spend is $350 or more. This amount, (or any higher budget), provides us with ample resources to create an exceptional bundle tailored just for you.

POSTAGE FEES

Shipping incurs an additional fee of $20 on top of the bundle price (Due to weight of parcel). Express postage is $30
